  - staff is very friendly, interior is very good for this price, hotel is very clean, big parking, close to shopping malls, free quick cable internet in the rooms, nice restaurant close to lobby (perfect beer, steaks, ribs, fish) and good Japanese restaurant on the top floor

  - far from downtown (having a car it takes ca.30 min to go to downtown), a bit noisy rooms due to highway

  Swiming pool should be more clean and accessible. (At the moment it is not convenient to go to it quickly). Besides Japan restaurant it should be cafe here like Starbucks or Second Cup.

  I like the fact that they had a sauna.

  The lobby restaurant was just ok I would not reccommend a friend eat there. The rooms were not sound proofed enough. There was a unexpected charge for parking that I thought was not of value for the distace from down town. I found the bedding uncomfortable.

  I liked everything! The pool, the decor, the staff was so nice and helpful. We were there during a huge LaCrosse competition and the pool needed to close for a couple hours to clean - as they clean the pool several times per day which is awesome. Anyhow, the manager bought us an in-room movie. The hotel is so clean. The rooms are spacious and again - very nice comfortable beds and bedding. I'm booking another trip to stay there.

  It was easy to reach from the airport. The facilities were excellent and the room was very quiet. I enjoyed being on the opposite side from the 401. The cleaning staff were very cooperative..Overall, an enjoyable stay.

  I was unhappy with the rate charged for parking my rental car.
